Subject: NEED ADVICE ON ANALOG TO DIGITAL CONVERSIONS


I just ordered a MIDI system and anxiously await its arrival. I need to do a few more things I don't believe I can accomplish with my system.

I play a 12-string guitar and sing. I know I can create these wave files, but I wish to be able to convert them to MIDI files. Are there any software program out there that work well with what I need?

I would appreciate any help, including sites where these products are available - freeware, shareware, or cost.

I do not want to purchase a MIDI controller for the 12-string if I can avoid it.
